Watsco acquires Lashley & Associates and HVAC Distributors

In addition to Southern Ice, Watsco acquired Lashley & Associates (Houston commercial supplies and air-movement distributor) and HVAC Distributors (HVAC equipment distributor with Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC locations), adding ~$47 million in annualized Sunbelt sales.
