Watsco and Carrier Form Joint Venture Carrier Enterprise

Watsco, Inc. completed the formation of Carrier Enterprise, LLC, a joint venture with Carrier Corporation. Watsco owns 60% of the new entity, which operates 110 locations across 20 states and Puerto Rico, serving over 19,000 HVAC contractors.
