Watsco to acquire HVAC distributor Peirce-Phelps

Watsco signed an agreement to acquire the HVAC business of Peirce-Phelps, one of the largest HVAC distributors in North America (~$206M annual sales, 19 locations). Peirce-Phelps will operate under Carrier Enterprise, the Watsco/Carrier JV that Watsco owns 80% of.
