Watts Water Technologies acquires Danfoss Socla S.A.S.

Watts Water Technologies completed the acquisition of Danfoss Socla S.A.S. and related business (Socla), which contributed 10% to fourth quarter 2011 sales growth. The acquisition was a significant driver of European segment sales and adjusted EPS growth.
