Watts Water Technologies finalizes purchase of tekmar Control Systems

Watts Water Technologies completed the acquisition of tekmar Control Systems, a Canadian-based designer and manufacturer of control solutions for HVAC applications, on January 31, 2012. The acquisition is expected to complement Watts' existing hydronic systems offerings.
