Hydronic heating manufacturer Weil-McLain acquired Taishan Maeda Boiler Co. in Taian, China, a commercial boiler producer with 2004 revenues over $3 million and 243 employees. The acquired entity will be renamed Weil-McLain Shan Dong Cast Iron Boiler Co. Ltd.
