Winsupply acquires Milford Companies (PVF / Waterworks distributor)

Winsupply, one of the largest U.S. distributors, acquired Milford Companies, a distributor of pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) and Water Works products operating five locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Terms were not disclosed. Sparkstone Capital Advisors and OMM advised Milford.
