Winsupply acquires plumbing & heating distributor Rosen Supply

National distributor Winsupply purchased Rosen Supply, a family-owned plumbing and heating wholesale distributor with six locations in the Seattle-Tacoma metro area, taking majority ownership under its shared-ownership model. Terms were not disclosed.
