Wolseley plc made four bolt-on acquisitions expected to add ~$278 million in revenue. In North America, its Ferguson unit acquired Lawrence Plumbing Supply Co., the Castle Group (Castle Supply Co. and Castle North Corp.), and Northern Water Works Supply Inc.
