Worthington Enterprises Acquires Elgen Manufacturing

Worthington Enterprises completed the acquisition of Elgen Manufacturing, a leader in HVAC components and structural framing for commercial buildings, for approximately $93 million. The deal closed in mid-June 2025 and is expected to be accretive to margins and cash flows, complementing Worthington's existing Building Products business.
