Yaskawa acquires Magnetek drive products business unit

Yaskawa Electric America took ownership of the Magnetek drive products business unit (general and high-performance AC drives) in New Berlin, WI, a carve-out from Magnetek's Drives and Systems Group; Magnetek retained the industrial controls unit.
