  I had an outstanding experience with Appalachian Heating. From start to finish, the service was professional, timely, and high quality. It’s not easy to find a company these days that shows up when they say they will, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in their work — but this team absolutely does. Bobby and Steve were top-notch. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they know their trade and care about doing the job right the first time. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and treated my home with care. What really stood out was their attitude — friendly, honest, and professional the entire time. No shortcuts, no pressure, just solid work and great customer service. I highly recommend Appalachian Heating, and if you get Bobby and Steve on your job, you’re in excellent hands.

  Mason and Logan were the installers today on a new tankless water heater. All in all, on a 104 year old house, their work looks pretty good. Logan did point out a couple of issues I’m going to have to deal with on a recently installed furnace connected with my insurance claim. I appreciate the honesty, and will be changing our service contract from the previous company to Appalachian.

  I’ve lived in a home built in 1930 in Bluefield WV for over 7 years. I bought it in 2018 and it was well renovated in 2015. I thought it was time to have my Kelvinator HVAC heat pump system serviced even though no apparent issues. I “thought” it was installed in 2015 but the service tech showed me the serial number and how it was built in 2004… wow didn’t realize it was 22 years old. I researched to find it would be best to proactively replace the system as the outside unit was operating at 78 degrees and it should be operating at 110 degrees. I had 3 estimates completed and Appalachian Heating was the highest of the three but the only company that could install a Lennox system… I researched this company well and realized “ya get what ya pay for” the deal was sealed when I realized they provide an extended warranty that covers BOTH parts and labor for 10 years! Appalachian Heating has been around since 1948 so I know they will be there to support the Lennox system… the installers just wrapped me up and left and I can’t say enough how pleased I am with their professionalism and knowledge in providing a top notch installation experience, right down to cleaning up afterwards and making sure they left my place as they found it with the exception of now having an incredibly efficient system that will save me money on the electricity over the previous 22 year old Kelvinator system…. I am 110 % confident I made the best choice in the decision of a major investment into my home. I can’t thank them enough from the start to finish experience… the installers even helped me move my Craftsman riding mower out of the way for the installation and helped me get it back to the parking spot when they were done… now that is personable service! Thanks again Appalachian Heating as you are clearly the best choice and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company….. no one compares to this top notch service!

  I had all all new ducts replaced. The crew Jonathan, Eli, and Drew where very professional and considerate of all my needs. They had attention to detail and went above to make sure I was satisfied. Im super happy with the end results and experience. I highly recommend.
