    Absolutely terrible customer service, we called them because they installed the hvac in a new home we just bought. Their sticker was on the unit, so, we figured lets use them for the twice per year maintenance. Called them to sign up, they initially tried to schedule us for 2 months away! Finally, after another call an hour later got an appointment for the next day . The tech who showed up didn't have a clue about what was to be done? No repairs needed, the system is working great, it was a maintenance call ! I asked him about a switch on the unit and he said, I dont know...really ?? I could tell he was inexperienced. I would not let him work on my system, I asked him to leave. When I called the office to explain, they told me he was new and not completely trained yet! Really?? The first thing he wanted me to do was sign his ipad , he wasn't even in the house yet! I would not sign it as he didn't know what was to be done. They told me their best guy would be there by 5pm, at 6pm I had to call them, he didn't show. A manger called me the next day to question me, no apology, no consideration, nothing. Finally told her I would get another company, I hired artic air, and paid $100 less than bayonet! For the same maintenance plan. Save your time and stress, bayonet is terrible. Artic air was amazing and less expensive.

    I had a great experience with Bayonet Plumbing, thanks to my service technician, Jack Fitch. He was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through all of my options. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to choose anything beyond what I needed. Too often, technicians try to push the highest‑priced services, but Jack was the complete opposite, honest, patient, and respectful. I was able to choose the package that fit my needs and my budget, and I was truly grateful for that. The entire service took less than 30 minutes. Jack was efficient, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. I would absolutely choose Bayonet Plumbing again, and I hope I’m lucky enough to get Jack as my technician next time. Highly recommended by very satisfied customer!

    He called ahead with estimated time. Made it promptly, introduced himself and set to work. Kept me informed of work being done worked well then waited to make sure that everything was up and running to full performance before leaving. Job well done! Josh Miller Tech. BUY HIM A LUNCH!😀 …
