Customer service sucks, credit department sucks, even worse… had more warranty equipment in my life than with CFM, junk. And then getting to fight with them about all of their issues, not wanting to standby warranty and then acting like you’re the enemy when they’re the ones with low quality coils. Use united refrigeration.

Been buying parts from them for my building for years. I have 7 rtu's on my building that occasionally needs parts, most of which I can install myself. Had a cash account set up but was told that I had to have a different type of account now. I guess they are trying to keep their contractors busy, but when I do need a licensed HVAC guy, it won't be theirs. I don't need a contractor to remove a screw. Oh we, their loss, not mine

Wanted to give a BIG shout out to Ty in the Commercial Dept. I have had a chance to work with him and his staff at CFM on a few projects. What a great group of people! Very helpful, full of knowledge and the customer service is next to none. Thanks a lot Ty for your hard work. I see big things in your future. If your a contractor looking for a place to land, this is it.
