I reached out to a representative with Elite and was able to meet him just a few hours later in the same day. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and not pushy for a sale. He answered all my questions and was honest about our options and pricing. We were able to set everything up in no time at all. We were able to have our entire AC system replaced within a few days. The crew installing equipment were here on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The work done was very nice meaning no mess was left behind, the setup was neat and organized. All together everything went very well.

We had a great experience working with Elite. From start to finish the process is efficient, friendly and easy. Scheduling an appointment was easy with their call system and they were very responsive for rescheduling. Matthew came out within the timeframe given and quickly resolved our issue with the air-conditioning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciate him and Elite Cooling for resolving this issue so quickly and making it a good experience.

First time using Elite Plumbing services. Great experience. The receptionist Amber was super friendly. She arranged for same day service even though I called a little late in the afternoon. Technicians, Trey and his apprentice, were also friendly and knowledgable. Cleared our main drain line very quickly and used their camera to show me that the line was now clear going into the house and down to the street. Would absolutely recommend their services to others.

We had an excellent experience with James E. during our sauna installation. From start to finish, the work was professional, efficient, and clearly done with great attention to detail. He explained everything clearly, ensured all electrical work was safe and up to code, and coordinated perfectly with the sauna installation. The final result works flawlessly, and we couldn’t be happier. Reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—highly recommended! Thanks so much James E.

Elite plumbing gets high marks for price, honesty and excellent service! Robert came and after an hour fixed the problem using about 75 feet of snake to unclog my kitchen sink! Elite definitely one of the best companies I have hired in the 5 years I have lived in Florida!
