Brookfield Infrastructure completed its C$4.3 billion acquisition of Enercare Inc., acquiring all outstanding common shares for C$29.00 per share. Enercare's shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the company will apply to cease being a reporting issuer. Enercare is a North American home and commercial services company with approximately 5,100 employees and 1.6 million customers.
