  I purchased a new system in April 2025 from Patriot and have held off on my review until I knew I was satisfied. I’m pleased to say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Patriot Heating and Air. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. I worked with several people along the way. Including Scotty, Justin, and Parker and they all did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend Patriot Heating and Air to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service. Especially Justin, my sales rep, who was patient with this very needy customer. They definitely have the best customer service around and took care of my concerns after purchasing an expensive system. Can’t forget Cherry either, she is good to work with as well.   The team at Patriot Heat and Air of Hollister is wonderful to work with, being a home owner is stressful when repairs are needed. They were excellent with recommendations and showed me the data from their gages. This was such a great experience, I have requested them to maintained my systems ( I have two for my home) I can say that they go above and beyond, making sure that I was aware of everything that they were doing. My system was losing over 40 percent of heating through the ducts. My previous heating and cooling company , which installed both of my systems, did not do there due diligence and as a result I have been looking for a company that does it all, filter changes, etc etc and goes above and beyond. And with Patriot Heat and Air of Hollister Mo you get the best in the SW MO area!

  Brock was outstanding from start to finish. He was very professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy these days. I’d highly recommend Brock and Patriot HVAC to anyone needing heating or cooling service — top-notch experience all around!
