    Our local hardware store recommended visiting Security when I came to them with a specific question about diy replacing my shower/bath hardware. William at Security was super helpful and kind! He brainstormed with me (and my nonexistent plumbing skill set) and ultimately set me up to do the job on my own! And he offered my 3-year-old a lollipop while we were there. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind!

    I've been working with this company for over 14 years. We've purchased an on demand water heater back in 2010 and it had a manufacturing defect and the staff worked tirelessly to get it replaced at no cost under warranty. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable.
