  5-star ratings these days always seem dubious, but this is one of those times when I think it's completely warranted. From the moment of first contact all the way through to completion of the job, these fine folks were pleasant, professional, mindful, and, most importantly, incredibly communicative. Billy came to the house in the initial visit, to look into our heating problems. He seemed honest and upfront. Yes, we could repair the existing system, but "here are a lot of reasons why that's probably not a good idea." They jived with what we were thinking. On top of that, he identified several issues with the original installation and explained the problems that could occur, which also synced with issues we were experiencing. He took measurements and offered suggestions, and at know point did he feel sales-y or pushy. Next up was Cory, who wrote up the quote and answered all of our questions about how everything would play out, even after normal business hours. Knowing our situation, he even shuffled things around in order to get us earlier into the work queue. Greg and his crew came in to do the installation. Again, communicative, professional, and very tidy. Little things, like bringing their own blankets to protect flooring. One of our components was late arriving, so there was some added time delay, but they were upfront about everything. During the install, they found a lot of problems with the original installation (much of it noted previously by Billy, but other stuff as well). Mitigating those problems took extra time and as such, they were unable to complete the installation on the first day. Greg was very apologetic, but we understand that these things happen. I don't think he believed us. :) Second day, Greg is back, getting everything finished up. He cleaned everything up, put things away that were moved, and then talked us through everything that was done and how the new system works. The work these folks have done for us was absolutely stellar. The customer experience aspect especially so. I absolutely recommend them, without reservation.

  From an easy quote through email to full install within a week, we are very happy. Greg was the contractor dispatched to our job, and he was very detail oriented. Nothing was missed at all. Also, he was super friendly, and we were comfortable having him in our home. He stayed late on a Friday, until the job was fully done. We had been oversold by another company, with a very high quote, after they kept delaying the job, we reached out to atmosphere and are very happy we did so. We saved a LOT of money, and as they are a small business, we are very happy to support local. We are going to use Atmosphere for all of our maintenance and service needs for our HVAC system from this day forward - We are actually that happy.

  It was a pleasure having a team of professionals from Atmosphere work on our family's single family house in Eastern Passage. From the informative website, which drew my initial attention, combined with the equally informative on site consultation with their senior techniciam William, to the prompt quotation and execution of our new low temperature rated heat pump with mini-split installation for 3 bedrooms. Installation was on time, per schedule and the property was cleaned up before a quick overview and demo of the completed system by Cody. I will definitely be using Atmosphere for HVAC services again on future real estate acquisitions.
