  James was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased that he was willing to explain everything to me. I felt reassured that the problem was taken care of, and I won’t have any future issues.. Everything is not only aesthetically better, but is working incredibly well!!! Unfortunately, I have to add this. Someone added a maintenance plan to my bill when I already spoke with both Kevin and James, that I was not interested due to the fact that I already had a yearly maintenance plan with another company. I would see if I could cancel it because it was a much better deal that was offered to me by Best Home Services. I would let them know if I was able to cancel if not, I would wait until after November when my maintenance plan was completed. I asked Kevin to send me the information so I could looked at their plan. Which I did receive from him after my service. The one thing I did not receive was my receipt until I emailed Friday and then called Saturday morning. I was told I was signing for the work to be done and my warranty on the service. The warranty supposedly took two signatures. Obviously, The warranty did not take two signatures. Everything above that was swiped up and all I saw was a place to sign again. Figuring I was being told the truth I didn’t question. I am not sure if James was told I wanted to have the maintenance plan. As mentioned I did tell him also I was not interested. I have now been waiting all day to hear back from someone to correct this issue. I am extremely happy with the service, but not with this mistake.

  Our tech today was Juan Moreno, and what an amazing job he did!! He took video and still shots of everything in our A/C unit . Its an older unit and we now know why our electric bill is getting higher. Juan explains things very well, backed up by video/pics. Im fully knowledgeable on what is needed as Juan taught me through patience and explanation, what the issues were. We were approved for a very affordable payment plan. We've been using Best Home Service, for years from the home in golden gate to our condo and now retierment home!! Next Monday we will have a brand new A/C ,(they were ready to install tomorrow) understanding my schedule, we set for next week. Never once were we pressured or persuaded. The different options were givin to us and Juan Moreno facilitated after our decision and made it all work out!! THANK YOU JUAN MORENO FOR ALL YOU DID !! AND BEST SERVICE RELLY STANDS BY THEIR NAME!! THANK 😊 AL FOR MAKING THIS EAST ON US! GREAT JOB JUAN!! J.P & TJH

  Ryan was super helpful before he even got to our house giving us a call and walking us through possible issues we were experiencing. He explained everything in detail as he learned more and and broke down pricing/service options along the way. He was very friendly even answering questions I had the next day. This was an emergency service at my house in the evening and I was very pleased with how quickly someone was able to make it over here. Highly recommend getting you work done with this company and working with Ryan.
