Chris Childress from Frank Gay Plumbing was amazing. Very professional and pleasant. Estimate was done on the first day and was repaired the following Monday. Looks great! Now I have hot water for the laundry, (only had cold due to the leak,) and no leakage! Thanks Chris! 😁 And drywall fix will be scheduled for tomorrow.

Hector & Anderson came to install a new HVAC system for my home. Very respectful, and ON TIME. Very organized and clean. They left the place good enough for me not to even think about touching anything. The system worked perfect and super silent. I almost wanted to replace the stand where the old system was, but they did such a good job they left it good as new. Thak you so much

Frank Gay came yesterday for a burst pipe issue. I was up-sold a water softening system for the house that required electrical work in the form of an electrical outlet and tapping inyo the the outside electrical panel. The electrical work alone was $600++ . I went out this morning and noted the outlet they installed lid does not close bec a use the wiring frim the water softner plug is in the way. Becausr of the wire in the way of it closing the electrical outlet is open to allow in water when it rains. The cover is not going to seal properly or be water proof and does not lock. I called customer service this morning. I told them the electrical outlet needs to be up to current standards of weather proof water proof and that can be locked. That I don't want an outlet that will not be a fire hazard to my home. I am paying them around $4000 for this job and want it done right. She said it will be $39 for them to come out today and look at the outlet and if not covered by the warranty there will be additional charges. I asked to speak to a manager and was told unavailable. No one has called me back. I checked with the City Of Deltona and no permit was pulled for the water softener neither the electrical. What happened to good customer service that addresses the concerns of the customer and where customer satisfaction still means something? The young man who told the story about Greencove Springs returned to "fix" the problem today 11-21-25. Once again you are holding the checks and balances alongside me, Mr. G. Thank you. I have updated my rating to 3 stars as the electrical outlet cover now closes and subsequent follow up from customer service in Daytona Beach. Hopefully there will be no further issues. As another update. Since I have put in the water softner my electrical bill has increased around $100 per month. This is a hefty price to pay for ring around the toilet. Further more, in my opinion if the sales men they are sending out to our homes to up-sell, are working on commission this should be declared in writing prior to said sale to the home owner as it seems like there might be a conflict of interest at play here. In my case I was not informed upfront what water softening company they are affiliated with and with the option of choosing another brand.
