Great people and exceptional service! Hunter from Phillips Air Care came out to our house same-day after our HVAC stopped working overnight. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and got it working again. It quit again the next night because of a mismatched part the prior homeowner installed, so we called the next day and Matt, the Manager, came by within 20 minutes and got it running again, at no charge. Matt was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. We’ll be using Phillips for any HVAC needs in the future - their service is top-notch!

Phillips is wonderful to work with. The office team is very responsive and quick to schedule service. Our tech Brian is incredibly friendly and has performed several services. He is very thorough explaining the source of the problem and recommended solutions.

Incredible work and, what might be more important, incredible concern with what my AC issue was. John literally went everywhere to find the problem, fix and was completely honest with cost. Everything was upfront and he proves that kindness, concern and dedication to service makes for return business. Don't look for me to go through a google search again and if someone asks, there is, in my opinion, no other choice than Phillips! Thanks John and thanks to everyone at Phillips!

Phillips is the absolute best HVAC company on Bald Head Island. The entire company is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and prompt. Nick was here yesterday for scheduled maintenance, a repair, and then back today to install an air purifier. Outstanding technician! They have always been here for all of our needs! Highly recommend.
