    Sansone has been servicing our air for 20+years. Today, we had Ricardo who was fantastic. Knowledgeable, competent, personable, thorough and provided excellent service. He was very good at explaining everything, including possible future parts to ensure safety and to keep our air running smoothly. At no point was he pushing anything on us which was wonderful. We have the service plan and couldn't be happier. Our last unit lasted almost 15 years and I am positive that the quality maintenance from sansone played a part in it. Like I mentioned before, Ricardo was amazing. If I could give him 10 stars 🌟 I would.

    I needed to have my water heater replaced and so I call Sansone and spoke to David and he advised that he had a someone in Fort Lauderdale and can have him stop by on the way up, approximately 45 minutes later EJ was at my door, he assessed the situation and took some photos and gave me a quote. I ask how long it will take and he said about 3 hours, I gave the okay and he did a wonderful job. EJ was also able to repair an issue I had with the toilet running. I am so glad I called. Thanks EJ for a great job. It is appreciated.

    Every part of my experience with Sansone was exceptional, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. Alex Diaz was my salesman but also an installer for many years before. He was so knowledgeable and articulate in answering all of my questions. He is the reason I chose to buy from Sansone. Leonardo Ramirez Vasquez (Installer) and Mr Smith (Duct Specialist) were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up everything perfectly. I love my new incredibly quiet Daikin AC and its WiFi thermostat / app that Leonardo helped me set up. I highly recommend Sansone.
