I had a great experience with Sal’s Heating and Cooling. Houston came out to perform a diagnostic and provide an estimate for a new furnace and central air unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt pressured, and he answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, I highly recommend Sal’s Heating and Cooling and especially Houston. Thank you for a great experience!

Recently we had our furnace go out right at 10 years. " Go figure " We had our existing furnace and AC unit installed at the same time, and choose to replace both units. The price to do so was not cheap! We were given a estimate which was more then we could afford. The next day, Jason ( the customer service representative) contacted us to inquire about our decision. Explained we were in no postion to afford the expense at this time. Jason understood our concerns and offered to requote the system in a different configuration. With in an hour, he got back to us with a price we could afford, which was greatly appreciated! The next day, and yes I mean the next day. Sean & Thomas showed up to install our new system. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process! Sean, took the time to explain what needed to be done and revised the furnace 180 degrees from the existing unit for better performance. His detail to his craft is exemplary! I really can't convey the great service we received from Sal's from beginning to end! I would recommend them to anyone! Sincerely Bradley M Wuensch

Furnace stopped working mid morning and they were able to schedule a technician to come out same day (hector was SO great!!), he was able to troubleshoot our issue quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the expertise and swiftness of response & action and although we needed a new furnace, I felt all of my questions were answered, discounts were applied where applicable, and it was a fair deal. Very satisfied with my experience and will request hector moving forward.
