I am a long-timer customer of ECS at both our residence and office. Last week our tech was Roger Hickoff for both locations. Roger is dedicated to serving his customers well by his thorough work on our ac and heating units. His friendly, yet business-like approach is something that you don't always experience outside of ECS. I feel very comfortable and confident that he will do a great job for you. It is nice to have that degree of trust in your HVAC tech; lastly this is an unpaid review. 😊

We had our first visit today with ECS Comfort. We were 100% pleased. Roger, our technician was on time, personable and efficient. He fully explained everything he did on our system and gave us great suggestions on how to keep our system at peak efficiency. So happy we called them and they will remain our new HVAC company.
