I had a water heater die on me suddenly and I called Jones and they got me a replacement in a day! Sergio was so nice and patient and thorough during the consult visit. Coby did an amazing job with my install! He answered all my questions and explained everything before he left so I knew how my new water heater worked. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. He even gave me some suggestions to extend the life of the water heater and better maintain it. With the frigid temperatures now, I am so grateful that Jones expedited this service so I wasn’t stuck taking cold showers longer than necessary!

Hired Jones Services to install an antique chandelier. Shawn came out and was very professional. He did an assessment to start- looking at the wires and the bulbs- examining everything. He told us what to look for in antique fixtures for next time! Then he went over everything with us and gave us an honest breakdown of what could be done and how it would be installed. Once he walked through everything with us -he started the work-setting everything up neatly. He began to install the chandelier and ran into an issue, but assured me that it would be installed and adjusted everything until it was hanging. It wasn't easy, but he wouldn't give up! He cleaned up and left everything neat again! I am so appreciative of Jones Services! They are honest, fair and efficient! You can't go wrong with hiring them for all your home needs! They've also done our heating as well! Great company! - Kim

First of all, I want to thank the Jones team, but I must highlight Peter M as exceptional. He was so professional, took pride in his work, and went above and beyond with great patience. He was very respectful, attentive to my every need, and ensured everything met high standards. He carefully explained everything to me, and I learned a lot from him today. My boiler situation was complex and difficult, but he made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you very much, Peter M.
