Sheldyn was very personable and pleasant to talk to. Went thru everything that was needed for the furnace replacement and stack replacement. He was able to give me a quote right there and also the approximate day and time the project could be finished. ‘Brady’ and ‘Josh’ were outstanding installers! They set-up very systematically and efficiently, notably respectful of my residence, then installed a ‘PurePro’ boiler and ‘Beckett’ burner to code flawlessly, ensuring all of my heating zones were synchronized and working better than I could have even hoped for. They are the epitome of professionals, extremely knowledgeable backed by their skillful installation, and were sure to review my incredible new highly efficient heating system, ensuring I understood what they did, how my system works, and even how to handle any issues should they ever occur in the far future. Working as a well-oiled machine with ‘Brian’, the plumber, these pros are a real tribute to ‘Live Free’ as exemplary professionals.
