  We had Aspen build us a stone patio and walkway going through to our basement door. They talked through the plan with me on how we'd handle the grade, and the end product looks great, feels solid, and is perfectly level. Also cheaper and lasts longer than a floating wood one. Really happy with it overall!

  Shawn and his team have transformed my backyard. The deck, gazebo and outdoor movie theatre are wonderful. The team is professional and efficient and go the extra mile to an exceptional end result. Highly recommend.

  No showed 3 separate times, then tried to sell me $15k worth of new air ducts that 3 other companies confirmed I don't need. The unit was installed by them only 4 years ago and has had 10000 problems since. Edited two months later to reflect that the quality assurance phone number this company gave me to reach out on literally doesn’t work and has no voicemail. I highly recommend you avoid this train wreck of a business.

  Simply put, Shawn and team from Aspen Landscape deliver top shelf work, put the customer at the centre, and keep their promises! We started working with Aspen in December of 2023, with plans to extend our deck to fit a sauna (that they would assemble upon arrival). Fast forward 6 months and the team has completely renovated our entire backyard, and not just from the crazy ideas my wife and I had, but they even brought their own creative ideas to life; truly, they've left us with the backyard of our dreams. The highlights: -Doubled the size of our existing deck -Created a sizeable paver pad -Oversaw the install of our hot tub on the pad -Built custom steps for the hot tub, matching the composite -Installed a stone retaining wall -Levelled and sodded our side yard -Sourced and Planted a 10ft tall Apple tree -Built a new deck/patio with staircase and custom benches -Removed our neighbours fallen fence -Put in a new paver sidewalk in our backyard -Constructed 100ft of new fencing to match our existing fence, half of which was through massive grade level bedrock -Assembled our pre-fabbed Sauna, handling electrical, building, staining, and lighting -Added a ceiling to the bottom side of our 2nd floor deck -Added fresh soil and over-seeded our front yard As if this all wasn't enough, keep in mind the team worked ALL throughout the freezing rain and snow of winter, into the rain and wind of the spring, and have now wrapped up during what feels like early summer temperatures. Rain, shine, snow, or wind...this team got the job done! We couldn't be happier with the work, but the question that now remains is...what next? :-)

  This company has been the worst from the very beginning. I used them because they were in Home Depot and thought they were trustworthy. They came to our home and quoted us some ridiculous amount and then the seller proceeded to give us an ultimatum on the price, saying "it is the end of the month, this price won't exist tomorrow." b.s. They installed the AC and we have had nothing but problems. They only offered us one year labor warranty and it was very difficult to get them out to even come check on the newly installed AC. We got this unit in 2020 and here we are 3 years later with multiple visits because of leaks and now our compressor is shot! How is that even possible with a 3 year old unit? We called a new company and he said the parts should be covered under 10 year warranty. When he called to check THIS company didn't even bother to register our AC for the 10 year warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SUCK! AND YOU WILL BE OUT OF THOUSANDS WITHIN 5 YEARS!

  Jason claimed to have served 6yrs in the US Navy but couldn’t comprehend the difference between retired military and a military veteran. He insisted that I was retired military. After multiple opportunities to clarify, it was obvious that Jason had no understanding of what it means to be. U.S. Military Veteran even though he supposedly served 6 yrs in the same military branch where I served with Valor and Honor for 8 yrs. Do not claim to be something you clearly are not just to get a sale.
