Don't waste your time with this company! Said my furnace was not fixable, it's obsolete and can't get parts for it anymore. Tried to sell me theirs for only $15000!! Called another company to fix my furnace and they got it up and running fast, and the parts were only $100. Man told me you can get the parts for my furnace anywhere everyday! This company will lie! They don't want to repair they want you to buy their WAY over priced units!!

I always like to give people good reviews but for brothers air, heating and plumbing I cant do that. They made an appointment with me on Saturday between 10 and 2. At 1:40 They call me and said the guy is tied up that they are coming but will be between 2 and 6. Then at 6 they call me said they wouldnt make it out today that they would come tomorrow between 10 and 2. So I was fine with that. Tomorrow came and they sent me a text saying they are still on schedule to come. It was about 1:50 they call and said again they are still coming but changed the time between 2 and 6 again. It was after 6 and they still havent shown up then I get a call saying they will just come on monday between 2 and 6 so Monday came and im waiting and get a text said they are coming but they never showed up or called but sent a email saying they would come Tuesday but they never showed up Tuesday either. By far the worst place.

Beware, the company will charge you even if they can't help you. Also they won't honor an online price. Call center never communicated this when I explained what my issue is. Let's just say I've been using Brothers for several years exclusively. Bought an HVAC system, that's paid off & used them for some plumbing issues. I planned on doing a lot more business with them. After today's experience I will not ever use them again. Tech was nice, not his fault. Terrible company
