I called on Saturday morning as an emergency no heat issue. CWA was able to get a repair technician out in a reasonable time that day. After discussing the proven issues with the 20 year old original HVAC system, we decided to replace the old system with a new energy efficient Rheem HVAC system from CWA. On Monday, after 12+inches of snowfall, CWA technician Branson arrives and begins dismantling the old furnace. About an hour or so later another CWA technician Joshua arrives to help. I was extremely impressed with Branson and his work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell from his actions that he was very experienced and confident in what he was doing. Totally focused on the task at hand in a systematic way. Really impressed with his attitude and leadership of his team. Joshua held his own and followed direction with precision. Great guys to have on the CWA team! Grateful and thankful for their efforts! Highly recommend!

I would like to share my positive experience with your company regarding the furnace installation service. From scheduling to completion, the process was smooth and well-organized. The technicians arrived on time, demonstrated excellent expertise, and ensured the work area was left clean. The furnace is working perfectly, and I appreciate the outstanding customer service provided.

I used Home Depot’s contractor network for this referral to CWA. I was very happy with the sales consultant Jeff. He came onsite quickly and provided me with three options. The pricing for a new furnace (install and all in costs) was better than I expected. Cameron and Bryan showed up the next day and completed the installation within 4 hrs. They did a fantastic job/ high quality job. Well done CWA.
