Mark arrived on-time, performed a thorough inspection of our furnace, clearly explained how to extend the life of our system and offered some guidance on an issue that didn't require immediate maintenance but could require attention in the future. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase additional services and Mark was professional and informative throughout the visit. We received photos after the service along with a description of the work performed and a copy of the information discussed in-person. This was our second engagement with Brower and they are quickly becoming our go-to for HVAC and energy needs!

The technician John V. was on time and ready to work. I said he didn’t need to put his shoe covers on but he insisted. He quietly worked and finished in about an hour. I signed the work order and he down loaded the report. I enjoyed interfacing with John. It would be a pleasure to have John back for further work.

Pete our maintenance representative was excellent. He came a little earlier which was good due to the house temperature running at 50 degrees. Other than the price for a simple repair, replacing a valve, I was very happy.
