I hired Sturm to service my mini split for the winter at my business. The first technician arrived and broke the brackets off of the cover to the mini split and did not put the equipment back together properly. It was draining down the walls. He had used regular tape my employee gave home to hold it together. My employee working at the time called me and I watched and listened to the tech explain that he had broken the cover and would get it replaced. I went back and watched the tech who must have called his boss who then told him to charge me for it when he was the one who broke it and did not put it back together.I reported this to their office and they sent another technician to fix the leak immediately. The cover was taped and screws were put into the unit to hold it together. I now am not able to open it to clean the filters at all unless I want to crack it and have it hang off the equipment. The last technician put in his report that the equipment was not put together correctly . This was in August and I have reached out every week since then and have not received a call pertaining to the braking of my equipment and replacement. I have called again with no call back and avoidance of this issue. I would not recommend maintenance service from this company considering I am a small business and would not put off fixing one of my mistakes. I’m hoping this review will initiate a response and fixing of the problem

Ask for David. he’s a pro. He rewired and cleaned my furnace and even set up my nest. Great value for what he did. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Sturm.

I needed to have my boiler replaced. I was somewhat nervous about what that would entail and put it off until I couldn't . Winters coming... I did some shopping around and I am so glad I went with Sturm. They were so professional from the initial phone call to the end of the project. I was so impressed the with the Hvac team that worked in my house. They were on time, professionally dressed, and I had emails announcing their arrival with attached photos , I thought was a nice touch. The lead Hvac tech kept me informed on the progress and everyone on the team were very nice and I am sure were very good at their responsibilities. And I am so pleased with the results ! they were able to give life back to some old idle radiators that hadn't worked for years. The house is cosy , the thermostats make sense and it's quieter than before. They cleaned up and the old boiler was hauled away , and I was very comfortable with what it cost. Which of course was agreed upon before any work started. I can see why they have been in business for so many years. I made a good call going with them. They were nice , very professional and did an excellent job , I am very grateful.
