These guys did an excellent job. Very thorough to explain things, friendly and very efficient with time of install. We had our hot water tank, AC and furnace all done in one day. They were so kind to give us the option of an earlier appointment when someone else changed theirs. it is wonderful that they have an annual check up a year later to make sure everything‘s running right. Highly recommend this company for anything heat related.

JA Bertsch provided excellent service from the very first onsite visit, to service install and project completion. Quality work throughout the project. When we ran into an unknown situation, the company responded quickly and solved our issue. We couldn’t be more pleased with the efficiency of the HvAC system, and the outdoor heat pump is so quiet. Thank you JA Bertsch for your superb customer service for us.

Jesse the Estimator was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Katie in the office was great to deal with and April the Technician who completed the install was very friendly, professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. She took incredible measures to keep our home clean and tidy. After she left, no one would know she was even here. Highly recommend.
