Champions Group, a residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical platform, will be acquired by private equity giant Blackstone. The deal is the first major platform-level residential HVAC transaction since May 2025. Investment banks William Blair, Piper Sandler, and Baird advised on the deal. A Champions Group executive stated that Blackstone's resources and expertise will help accelerate growth and strengthen market leadership.
