  Responsive and punctual, GForce took the time to understand what we needed and provided a quote quickly. Greg worked with us on tweaking the proposal and kept us informed right up until install day. The heat pump install was as quoted and promised, and the crew cleaned up after themselves. We’re very pleased with the work and the end result.

  Jesse was very prompt and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and went about fixing the leak. He also discovered another problem while he was here and came back the next day to fix that problem. Jesse and his apprentice worked well together and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house very neat and tidy.

  We just had GFORCE Mechanical install a new heat pump. Greg was professional, everything was as quoted and he and his assistant did a phenomenal job. We highly recommend this company!

  All the other bad reviews for this company reflects exactly what I experienced, and I wish I had checked before I decided to carry forward with choosing this company. Owner Leroy and general manager Jeff were both extremely rude and passive aggressive. When the quote didn’t make sense to me, I asked the owner, he got defensive and told me to go somewhere else for cheaper and made it clear that no one else would do as good of a job as him. If I wasn’t on a time crunch for getting the job I needed done, I definitely would’ve gone with someone else. All they care about is money. Bad communication and customer service. Approximately $3000-4000 for a new hot water line nailed to the outside of my wall… never again. They’ll make unnecessary holes as shown in pictures. Didn’t even bother cutting short and capping off the pipes after they removed our hot water baseboards. Call Blackburn Bennett if this is the type of work you’re looking to get done! Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Great professional service. All the work was done as stated at the quoted price, no hidden surprises. We were referred to this company by a neighbour and we’re so glad we listened to them. They cleaned up after installing the heat pump and left the place cleaner than they found it. The outside install is very neat in appearance and doesn’t have wires or hoses sticking out like other “industry leaders” in the heat pump industry. The owner Greg does the installs along with a coworker. I recommend this company highly!!! Raj
