  Jesse came out late at night on a weekend to handle a plumbing emergency for us. He was quick, competent, and very friendly. We will definitely call Blackburn Bennett next time we need a plumber!

  Jesse was very prompt and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and went about fixing the leak. He also discovered another problem while he was here and came back the next day to fix that problem. Jesse and his apprentice worked well together and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house very neat and tidy.

  All the other bad reviews for this company reflects exactly what I experienced, and I wish I had checked before I decided to carry forward with choosing this company. Owner Leroy and general manager Jeff were both extremely rude and passive aggressive. When the quote didn’t make sense to me, I asked the owner, he got defensive and told me to go somewhere else for cheaper and made it clear that no one else would do as good of a job as him. If I wasn’t on a time crunch for getting the job I needed done, I definitely would’ve gone with someone else. All they care about is money. Bad communication and customer service. Approximately $3000-4000 for a new hot water line nailed to the outside of my wall… never again. They’ll make unnecessary holes as shown in pictures. Didn’t even bother cutting short and capping off the pipes after they removed our hot water baseboards. Call Blackburn Bennett if this is the type of work you’re looking to get done! Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.
